Diet Terminator

Is emotional eating keeping you stuck yoyo dieting?
Life has enough challenges, fighting a losing battle with emotional connection to food should NOT be one of them.

You have enough to manage: work, school, family, social life, without complicating things even more with cravings and late night binge sessions.

If you have ever struggled with any of the symptoms of emotional eating, you know how frustrating it can be to take charge of your health—much less your life.

Weight gain, bloating, digestive issues, and mood swings are just a few of the struggles we battle with emotional eating.

The problem? You have been fighting your body instead of nurturing it.

There is hope for balancing your emotions...
and breaking free from binge eating and emotional food connections

Hi! I'm Kerry,
co-owner of Diet Terminator and emotional eating specialist

Controlling that emotional connection to food starts from the inside out. I believe that a healthy, balanced woman who feels her best, will shine and look her best, no matter what life throws at her.

I help women from all ages take action to identify the root cause of their emotional eating struggles and get back on the road to living a balanced, healthy life with far less cravings.

Here comes the truth though: Fighting your body when you are eating emotionally is a losing battle.

I know, I know. You are probably thinking, “Kerry, what am I supposed to do?! My body is not working with ME! You do not understand how intense my cravings are…” I hear you, but let me share something with you.

Negative changes can easily happen overnight, but good change, change that lasts a lifetime, usually takes considerably more time. For most women, emotional challenges can be corrected, through systematic changes and repeated positive action.

“Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”

Understanding your emotional connection to food is the first step to overcoming them.

What's Your Why?

Why are you here, scouring the internet to find ways to finally get a handle on your eating habits?

No matter your reason for being here, knowing it is important.

What Do You Need?

Identify your reason why and hold it near. It even helps to write it down or store it in your phone.

This is where we start working together to create a personalized healthy habit routine specific to you to learn how to make the habits stick for long term results!

How Much Time Do You Need?

Lifestyle changes are key, but let’s be honest…change is hard!

I understand that each day brings about new challenges and some days are much more challenging than others.

I’m here to show you that finding and maintaining a healthy balance is not only possible, but it is also closer to your grasp than you realize.

I found ways to identify the root cause of why we try to eat our emotions and identified the systematic process to learn to work with your body instead of fighting it.

Who Do You Trust?

With everyone so connected on the internet, it seems that everyone is the expert.

Eating is so closely tied to our social life, our health, and our emotional health. As factory farming made food more readily available, eating became a social activity.

Think of the last time you went out with friends when it did not revolve around food. Now, food is even one of the most commonly photographed things on Instagram! No wonder it feels as if we are fighting a losing battle. Without the proper tools in our arsenal, we are.

What many don’t realize is that food can also be the unspeakable thing we don’t talk about. Food can feel dirty, shameful, and sad, but it doesn’t have to feel this way.

Knowing that you are receiving credible information is of the upmost importance! What works for one person, who by the way is completely different than you, will not work the same way for you. No pun intended..but there is no cookie cutter way of overcoming emotional eating.

We only get one body in this lifetime so we should care for it well.

My programs and support are designed to be specific to YOU because we are all unique. I’ve helped countless women take a balanced approach with their health and wellness.

Sounds great, but how does the Diet Terminator work?

Each program is tailor-made for YOU. Generic programs are just that, generic.

Meaning that they don’t take into account the most important aspect, you are uniquely you! You have different needs and wants to my previous 10 clients, and deserve to be treated on YOUR issues, not the trend average. This is particularly important when discovering why you may be experiencing emotional eating habits.

Some prefer a hands-off approach where others like a more hands-on approach. No matter your preference, you will learn the key steps to take to help work with your body to balance and maintain your hormones, naturally.
